What We Collect

When you make a purchase or place a bid, we collect: your name, email address, and shipping address. Bids also record your IP address for fraud prevention. We do not store payment card details — these are handled by Stripe.

How We Use It

Your data is used only to process orders, send order confirmations, and ship artwork. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as listed below.

Third-Party Processors

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)

• Resend — transactional email delivery

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region)

Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years per Bulgarian accounting law. Bid data is retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of personal data not required for legal compliance by emailing maeve@vamy.art.

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email maeve@vamy.art.
